Our test on the Reformation will also be tomorrow, so you may wish to study for it if you finish completing your other work.

Greetings Students, good morning and Happy Tuesday.
I regret to say I will not be in class today.
However, we will still be taking our test on the Circumference and Area of a Circle on Friday.
Therefore, it is extremely important that you spend your time in class today wisely.
We have already received a brief lesson for Pi Day about circles, Circumference (or the perimeter of a circle) and Area of circles.
For your lesson today, you will be focusing on Circumference and working in partners.
Students, please arrange the desks so that each partner group is separated from one another
If you have the Math Reference Sheet that was passed out at the end of the ANet test last week, you should have the formula listed on there, as well as other useful items.
Otherwise, the formula is here: Circumference = πd
(d = the diameter of a circle)
To approximate the value of pi, we will be using π ≈ 3.14
Anything that you do not complete in class must be completed for homework.
Until you complete this packet with your PARTNER
each group may only take one laptop to read the digital agenda.
